Skyscanner X Exceptional Alien
Exceptional City Guides - The brand's first Content Partnership
Problem
Almost 53% of visitors to Skyscanner don't have a destination in mind. How can we influence their decision on where to go while also combating the idea that popular destinations will break the bank?
Solution
In partnership with Exceptional ALIEN, Skyscanner will launch world-class curated travel guides across all our key touch-points (Homepage, App, Email Marketing, SEO Destination Pages, Social Channels, and PR) to help Canadians and Australians explore and save in the lead-up to their key booking moments.
Exceptional ALIEN's creators will help enlighten our 110 MAU (Monthly Active Users) travellers to explore hidden gems and get off the beaten path while empowering them with the tools to save money on their next great adventure, ‘powered by Skyscanner’.
Sharing insights on how visitors can live like a local with an authentic experience inside a city, vs. falling into “tourist traps” with generic, impersonal recommendations.
To keep consistency with Skyscanner's new positioning, The Ultimate Travel Hacknot only will travellers get that inside view, but they’ll also save money and time by planning, researching, and booking the trip with Skyscanner's award-winning tools and coverage.
